Strength and flexibility training is a major focus, as well as eye-hand and eye-foot coordination in an atmosphere of fun and supportiveness. These form the basis of the fundamental movements to be able to perform a higher gymnastic skill set. At this age children will be introduced to the Gym4kids badge scheme where they will work towards achieving their first badge levels

The Gym4Kids badge scheme continues with more gymnastic specific skills and focusing on the meticulous presentation of skills and technique.Introduces children from 3 years upwards to basic gymnastic exercises, routines, and apparatus whilst developing them to become competent, confident gymnasts.
